Charleen Oliver worked for more than 30 years in a 911 center, including more than 20 years in supervision. At SafeCities™, Charleen is a support services representative – supporting our partner agencies all over the country. She brings her experience in communications, personnel scheduling, training, and project management. She credits the private sector transition with reinforcing the belief that it is never too late to reinvent yourself and learn something new. Her go-to favorites for relaxation are music, audible books, visiting old homes, and French country design.
